We are a company that operates in compliance with applicable laws, respecting social and ethical norms and principles in business. In our activities we take into account social interests, environmental protection, as well as positive relations with various stakeholder groups.

We care about the environment
Our production facilities are designed to respect the environment. We use recycling of used rubber tires to produce rubber pavements, eco-friendly granules and Rubtiler brand alternative fuel. This process allows us to reduce the exploitation of natural resources and reduce waste, which has a positive impact on the world around us, and therefore on our quality of life.
For us, green lifestyles and environmental protection are more than fine words or high-flown declarations. We don’t just talk about running a responsible business – we just do it.
Helping those in need
We have a big heart and are willing to share it. We support institutions and individuals in need. We take part in Runmageddon and raise funds for the charges of the foundation RED NOSKI Klown In Hospital. Each kilometer run is 1 zloty for sick children. We also participate in the Great Book Collection organized by Zaczytani.org, and respond to individual requests.

We manage the company according to the concept of a turquoise organization, which provides respect, value and responsibility for everyone. We create a friendly work environment based on constructive conversation, trust and sharing of experiences.
We educate the market
For years, we have been conducting meetings and workshops for various groups of stakeholders – for architects, designers, journalists. During the trainings we present, among other things, news from the world of design, modern technologies, trends in design and interior design. We share knowledge about the industry, provide specialized knowledge and supporting materials, such as trendbooks.
